right so ive read the gide on the tinting inside of the headlight mod so i know what its abut lol, is it legal to spray it say pink red etc, i cant see it effecting the beam pattern etc or 'dulling' so are there any real set laws? also when i went for an mot i had adjustable headlights, but since it came back it would seem they dont move, i can hear the motor working but nothing happens?
