Hi All,

This is my first post on here, but I've been following your adventures for a while! I've got a Seicento Sporting which I've lobbed the 1242 SPI lump into (muchos thanks to F.I.A.T Pete, you truly are a god!) My question is where did you get your throttle body modded Pete? I'm still running on the standard Sei body until I get the Punto one sorted. I'm having trouble finding someone to do it for me.

Do it yourself. Buy a tube of threadlock for the screws, and a file to thin the shaft down. Takes an hour if you're careful.

Gonna have to show my ignorance now:I. I can cope with the screws bit, but what am I grinding down?

Older than all of us? Maybe, but I'm not that far behind you.

File the shaft down to 2 - 3mm or so. Makes a substantial difference. Don't file any other areas though.
