Hi guys i have a cinq sporting,

The problem is when i 1st start it in a morning it runs very poor.

I.E Very lumpy, wont rev properly but after 5 mins of driving its fine.

I have changed oil and filter

It does have an induction kit which was fitted when i bought it.

I dont think its induction related as it only does it on 1st start up after that all day its fine.

Do you think it could be the ht leads and spark plugs???

Coil pack, possibly.

Go out early one morning and open the bonnet and look for wayward sparks.

Could be. When did it last have leads and plugs? Start it up in the dark -- when cold -- look for blue flashes around the leads, coil pack, plugs.

If the above does not work it could be the cold start enrichment that's not working correctly,but I would expect the car to not start easily/at all when cold?
You could swap the coolant sensor in the inlet manifold (the ecu uses this to determine the enrichment required) but you may be best paying a garage or mobile tuneup guy to check it out.
Most likely is HT leads/plugs as coils tend to fail when hot not cold but anything is possible
