this looks like my problem right now:

go to: youtube (cinquecento running problems)

my cinq sounds almost like a dragster.
i have some options:
1 burn the car down (haha joke)

does anyone know this problem and how 2 fix it???

Remove and refit each plug, one at a time with the ngine running and find which cylinder(s) is/are not firing.

removed and refit each plug and all are fire-ing.
but maybe this is a timing thing.
i usealy remove my batterycable so my batt wont die because of my ice.
is it possible that the ecu is reset??

Could be the ECU, but more likely you have a battery connector problem, they normally need abrasive paper or wire brush and coppper loaded grease, each time. The little cars will start with a wiff of 12V...

Be real convenient to fix the ICE so it worked ok, only the memory standby needs to be on a non switched 12v.

thats what my cinq done it turned out the little map sensor pipe wasnt connected to the ecu so check that.

yep map sensor hose is blocked. if you pull the hose off the engine should idle high but smoothen out. if it does then thats the answer

well when i take the map sensor pipe off my cinq it idles low like its about to cut out so if the pipe is disconnected then reconnect it and it is connected then check for holes in it.

my head gasket is probably broke.
in low revs it sound like a spitting turtle and when i pus my throttle open it stopped
so i think its broke..

If you are not getting white smoke out the exhaust, or the oil does not look like salad cream, and you are not overheating, you need to compression test first before condeming the head or the head gasket.

Yes. Compression test (or compression tester) is much cheaper than skim and gasket set.

ik produce real black smoke. in low revs it it hold back, my cooling water is shiny of oil. if the revs are high no problem. so i realy think its the head gasket. maybe between 2 cyl. that explains why in low revs the smoke is blak and in high reves not. i'll problably will test the compression this or next week. thanks all for the quick advice.
