where the bloody hell is
aight people nearly finished my induction kit, just one more question.

the oil breather pipe is bein replaced with a fancy red one. however the old pipe connects to the bottom of the throttle body an i cant get it off.

do i need to keep the bit comin off the bottom of the throttle body or can it b cut an sealed off?

mine doesnt go back into the throttle body, on my k&n it went back inside the cone, on my gren u get a fancy little filter that u suppose to direct away from the cone, to stop u dying of petrol fumes:eek:

is it a really thin walled black pipe? it used to go to the std air box. its for selecting hot/cold air feeds. You don't need it, but it is a vacuum line - so make sure its plugged

yea it is about 10mm in diameter... an yea used to b attached to the air box, cheers for that man, so shall i just stick a screw down there an tape it off or sumthin?

What I'd do - got this on my silver one - is turn the big pipe that used to go to the airbox so the hole is pointing up and fit the breather on there. Leave the smaller one connected and you won't die of oil mist fumes. Got a pic somewhere if you need it.

ahhh i c i c. this was obviously somethin i should of looked into, before ordering the new hosing!

however i have just had a brain wave!!!

if i cut the little bit off an cut a hole in my new pipe i could use the nice new red pipe for the breather, and glue the little bit that comes off the under of the throttle body back into! well try to.

YAY :D
