Im looking for a low boost turbo kit for a cinquecento sporting and have hunted about but cant find one. I would like a DIY kit anyone know where i can get one?

Cheers all.

they dont make them new anymore.

You are stuck at either buying an already turbooed car or someone who is breaking one

For an SPI car, the bits you need to fab are a plenum chamber (a sort of extended "bob" with a fitting for a 2nd injector) a manifold (either a one off tubular one or a cut and shut standard manifold) to suit the turbo you are going to use, and a downpipe (from the turbo outlet to the cat).

MPI is the way to go though: that way you can run a fully programmable aftermarket ECU (Emerald, Megasquirt, etc.).

Bits come up from time to time in the classifieds here and on ClubCento, sometimes whole cars on eBay.

Warning, warning! These cars are money pits! ;)

I was planing on doing the conversion my self. Just a low boost system for now until i get braver to open up the engine and start replacing bits and bobs like internals.

Would the MPI head fit onto the standard sporting block? Would it just be easier to wack a punto 75 engine in and replace the ECU and the likes?

Cheers for all advice so far.
