Last week I had putted some spare money in a big woofer and amplifier and I build the stuff in my Seicento. It was pretty cool to do and now I can blast anyone out of my vehicle who is annoying me. Check these pics for an impression!

Two cars, why not?

starting mine next month, comprising of: -
2 Alpine Type R subs
1 Directed Audio D1100 mono block amp
Alpine type R componants

i am doing a full fibreglass boot build.

i love novas but its time for a change

Whats with the Reverse mounted 6x9's?

The speaker projects sound in all directions, but I get the impression a cone is used to direct it primarily outward from that!!
So wouldnt facing them out give more clarity and more sound?

boot delock soon, Induction in development!

The 6x9"s are so deep they dont fit the right way up, plus you only really get bass from them. Ive balanced my system with shed loads of titanium tweeters and smaller speakers. Plus my boots ported if you take a look.... sounds mint, wakes the dead and annoys old people, so im happy lol:D

Looks mint m8, is your box air tight? from the 5th photo, it doesnt look it. If it aint, wack some filler or sealent in there, you'll notice the difference!!!

Yes it is air tight. Kitted the whole box. And it sounds superior.

Yea 2 legacy amps and 2 bass controllers. ooh and 1 power cap thrown in for good measure! install sounds mint, it dont look as great as some, but it does the job!!! runnin around 2500watts all together. But its killing my alternator.. time for an uprated one :D

Hmm. Nice!

Im fancying a set of amped components in the front, but only amped to 50W or so. (not looking to drown out the unamped rears out)
But I want a tiny amp, and thats the problem.

Cheers BiG_DaVE_Cinq_sport. How big are your subs in the back of yours? Look like SPLX ones, are they? Oh and yea the power caps stiffen up the bass. The amp draws power straight from the cap, rather than off the battery thats meters away to make the bass more tight and crispy. Although there was a debate on here about it before. You can either get a split charging system which is 2 x 12Volt batteries, a split charger, and an uprated alternator.... but a cap at around £50-£100 is a cheaper soloution.. ooh and it gets rid of that nasty head light dimmin' on basy tracks lol! :D
