i carnt comment on handling because a few weeks before i put the braces on,me driveshaft,wheel bearing and a few joints have started to go and they have all got alot worse and me tracking is all tits up so handling at the mo is poop.
Yes it is lowered,about 30mm or 40mm,but i want to go to 60mm but i would take that lower brace off,it would be seriously impractical.
At the mo it only catches and scrapes on Very bumpy roads.and the speed bumps that are like a tit in the middle of the lane.

mines lowered 40mm, and i cant get over most speed humps without grounding the sills

Theres hardly any speedbump near me,and i prity much never go over them.
slightly more clearance.. but imagine mine with a lower brace fitted!!
do them braces not interfere with the MOT ramp/brake test rollers and equipment?
i noticed mine looked pretty low the other day when i had the bumper off. my down pipe is 3" away from the floor. and when it went on the ramps at the garage, my floor pan is a little/lot scraped and dented, lol.
mine is lowered 30mm and I took my lower brace off after the car got beached on speed bump
TBO noticed no noticable difference in the handling after i removed it

thats alrite,gives me an excuse to lower it got to find some coilovers now so i canget the height just right...on the floor probs abit of arch work inolved tho
