Hi all, my mount on the rear silencer broke and my car is stuck at home. As it seems a small job I keep getting let down and nobody is interested.

So I've got the bracket myself put putting it on does not seem easy.

Does the silencer or the exhaust need to come off to get the bracket on?

Space seems very limited. I'm not mechanical so no ramps or axle stands. Just crawling underneath and fiddling.

I just got mine broken. just park somewhere higher so you could easily crawl under. I'd take off the other mount towards the engine, that way you could move the muffler a bit more. BTW my mount broke just around the bolt, fixed by putting larger washer

Think mine was fairly easy to replace at home. Put a bit of washing up liquid in the new rubber holes which lets the exhaust prongs fit in much easier.
