Hi,

As mentioned in my previous thread the ventilation is not working properly. You can hear it shifts some bits but I will not blow cold AC air. And with this weather 30+ degree not doable with a toddler. Is there some way to manually shift some internals to get cold air; which actuators do have to try to move? Thanks!

Ciao,
Mark

Before doing that, can you hear/feel the compressor cutting in?

I can hear mine whining when it's working, and the Engine fan is on as soon as you come to a stop.

Theory being that the flaps may be working fine, but no A/C means hot air regardless.

Yes you can hear de AC cutting in and just before there was the slightest bit of cold air out of the dash vents at the passenger side..

No I am pretty sure it is the ventilation unit in the dashboard which does not switch properly. There must be an actuator broken and I wondered if someone knew if it possible to move one or two of these actuators by hand to get the AC air vent working.
