Advice needed!! When acceleration gently or cruising there is an intermittent vibration that feels as if I am going over rumble strips, stops when I come off of the accelerator? Suggestions on a postcard please. Thank you.

Do you mean a vibration through the dashboard or through the pedal?

Are you in too low a gear for the acceleration? Diesel or petrol?

I know if I accelerate in 6th gear doing about 50 (1200rpm approx) the whole car shudders. But mine is a diesel.

Diesel, no I know that feeling it is a proper vibration feeling like running over rumble strips, small but fast.

Put the car up for sale with "added features" for an inflated price, and make sure the buyer is female
