not to sure what the tyre pressure should be on my 2 tone bravo alloys?? normally just keep them at 32 psi but would like to know the proper pressure to try get a few more mpg???

tyres are 225/45/r17
and its a 1.4 active

i noticed that in the handbook but didnt understand the "bar" thingy but i found a converter online so its all good now
