If you swapped rear lights with a LHD bravo to have matching rear clusters - would it fail an MOT due to having no fog/reverse light?

you see you get both rear lights with the reverse light on, then you modify the reflectors on the bumper to be twin fog lights, using some 2.5" round universal motorbike tail/brake lights with high wattage bulbs in (and keep them as sidelights as well if you prefer, i'm gonna have a switch so i can when i want to). make sure you leave a reflective ring around each new fog light so you'll pass MOT, and have a unique mod. BUT IT WAS MY IDEA I'VE BEEN TRYING TO DO IT FOR MONTHS AND ANYONE WHO COPIES WILL PAY!!

Reverse light is a curtosey light, it will pass without, fog light is needed
Can always use one of those silverline (or led) rear fog bulbs which are clear but light up red
fit that to a cluster with a clear reversing light bit and keep the lights lighting up as they are but with symmetrical light units
