I've changed the cambelt on my Bravo. Last night I took the platic guard off to check the tension of the belt. Started the engine and I noticed that the belt has arrows on and its rotating the wrong way (must be going blind). Can it cause any problems? because I don't want to take the belt off if there is no problem.

it depends on the belt teeth, if they are symettrical (perfect square edges on both sides) then it wont really matter. however if the teeth have a square side and a curved or angled side then fitting it the wrong way will mean it can slip far more easily.
