someone should ban me from posting on new car threads, everytime i see a new car i feel the need to destroy it. 15mins and a crowbar could fix that grande(dad) bravo easily. or a fire bomb.
it wont compete in its target market in the UK because
-it has no unique selling point
-fiat dont have a good enough reputation to compete 'like for like'
-it wont be cheap enough to steal sales from competitors
any sensible person would rather have an astra or focus. and righly so, why have a less reliable version with higher depriciation? they're basically all the same cars at the same price so you might as well get the best of the bunch.
unless they inject some serious italian flair and style it is impossible to justify the shoddy build quality and numerous faults (if the grande punto is anything to go by).
on another note, why are all cars getting bigger? the grande punto is as big as my car so i dread to think how fat this grande bravo is going to be. who's going to tell asda that they need to change the car park sizes soon?
