are they straight forward or do they have to be torqued up?

Just bought some new ones..at long last lol my left wheel has been clonking for ages over pot holes so im hoping these pair at £17inc vat solves it.

Well they often ring on me when I try to move them.... I tighten them with a flex handle and I havn't had any problems Just clean the nuts on the arb very well first!

havnt got one of those flex handles,only got normal rachets and average tools lol
ill have a go next weekend,was going to fit them today but i only get 1 day off so we went out for the day cos it was nice...and i used my car

Should have gone to DMS on Spen corner, just got one for £7.41, would have saved yourself a few quid!

mine are for 20v so i imagine the price will be more?

when i ordered all new belts for my car,they came back all Drayco ones

Replaced the 1 on pass side that was making the clunking noise (hope it was that at fault) it was bit of a pig to get off,but what i noticed tho on my factory fit ones (think it was as it was black) was a lil allen key hole in the middle of the the bolt, so that you can keep the bolt still whilst you undo the nutt. On the ones i got they are chrome (Was lol) and have Flats just infront of the ball joint that you can get a 17mm spanner on whilst you tighten the nutt up.
Its all on BUT im stuck with a hanging hub as i cannot get the hub back on the strutt,struggled like hell with alot of swearing too ha even tried supporting the hub with my tool box but no good. I got a mate comin round later to sort it as quite frankily....i gave in with it.

Ps i got 2 holes on my strutt,what side does the dl go on or dont it matter? I have put it through the left one...hope thats right :/

Problem solved No more knocking
Stupid me had ithe link on the wrong hole hence me not being able to get the strutt lined up lol Just need to do otherside now

Argh!!!

Went out tonight and all quiet great i thought...within an hour it started knocking again! What else could it be? Something is making the D/L's knock :s

Clunking noise still!

a mate has said it could be the arms? can aanyone vouch for this?
its either the arm(s) or the suspension bush.Been searching ebay and can get both arms for £50,whereas the strutt mount is £60.aint got money to burn as ive just forked out for discs+pads and arb droplinks
