Hi,

I've just been given a Brava 80 sx, Y reg.

The problem I've got is suddenly an amber light on the dashboard has come on, its near the fuel gage but it looks like a dipstick with a drop of liquid falling off the end.

I have just under half a tank of petrol in so I don't think its the low fuel light, looked in the user manual but according to it this light does not exist!!!

Then again the handbook shows controls etc that are not on the car.

Anyone have any idea what this symbol means?

I saw this light (between fuel gauge and speedometer).on some newer versions of Bravo/Brava with JTD engine. It is warning light for insuficient engine oil level. I advice you to check engine oil level and to top it if it is loo low.
