My exhaust is due a change and Im looking at getting a stainless steel exhaust. It seems for the price difference long life would be far more sensible than the usual mild steel exhaust.

Most importantly I want something that sounds like the standard exhaust. I do a lot of motorway driving so i want it quiet/standard sounding.

Has anyone got videos or stories of their own stainless exausts and who fitted them? Especialy 1.8's because that what I have.

Looks like it could be powerflow or Longlife at the moment
Ta :)

Original manufacturer exausts are more expensive but quiter due to isolation. Once I read about that Daewoo Lanos original exaust fits to Bravo. It is less expensive than Fiat and has only two pots (instead 3), what brings little more power.

:) i have no media to show but stainless will be good for you (y) the main thing youl be wanting for quiteness is resonators as what they do is control the air flown in theory and cancel out particular freq's so if you desired you could design or even get some one else to build one for you a system that will be quite on idle/ cruising and then rip roar when you really give some beans

i hope that was on topic and not just me blabbing on haha ;)
