Amidst the other problems my 2001 1.2 16v Brava turned into a skateboard at 80mph on the A14 - scary.

I have no power it seems at the fuel pump - had the connector off, tried all the contacts with a meter and no voltage.

No blown fuses I can find right now.

Any ideas or offers anyone - I'm thinking its a fuel cutout switch maybe - but I can't find it under the passenger seat. There's a sort of rubber covered plunger switch under the glove box passenger side front left outer. This does push down but no click or switch type of feeling. (if it's not the cut out switch then what is this curious rubber covered plunger?) The injectors (or rather the injector block on top of the engine) hisses a little and whurrs when the ignition on, totally no noise from the fuel pump in the boot and no sign of power as previously discussed.

Car beached in my drive with the rest of my little fleet. A bottle of wine by courier to anyone who can help me solve it!

This little Brava really is vexing me!

Thanks everyone,

Nik :worship:

not sure if its same model but i remember putting a fuel pump on one just to find it still didnt work, have a look under the bonnet in the centre of the bulk head to see if theres a small black plastic box, take the lid off and it should have a couple of relays in it and a couple of fuzes, check those two fuzes.
