I have a mk2 3dr Punto and i have noticed that when i took the wheel off i only have 2! big dowles and most cars have several. I am looking at gettin some 16" Alloys.
Will i b able 2 get any alloy 2 fit ? or do i have so get a certain type to go onto the 2 dowles? :/

I rly dont have a clue what to do.

Any advise?

Thx.

I would think this is in the wrong section? not really bodywork related? but either way.

 Im slightly confused by the dowels mention but im betting your meaning the Drum/Disc 12mm retaining bolt and 12mm wheel locating pin, these dont need to be worried about, if they do interfere with the back faces of the chosen wheels (rare) then they can be removed as the wheel secures the disc/drum in place when tightened up

You have three options

1) A set of factory fit / option pack wheels of something like a later punto, stilo etc etc

2) A set of aftermarket wheels in 4x100 usually vauxhall fitment and then use wobbly bolts to achieve the 4x98 stud pattern you require - this is usually the best value and most wide choice option, you can have virtually any wheel you want

3) EASILY the most expensive option if your fussy on wheels choice is to choose after market wheels in fiat/ alfa 4x98 stud pattern, they are simple bolt on and forget (there will be many to reply to this slagging wobbly bolts with their vast knowledge  ) and providing you buy from a reputable retailer who gets you bang on the right offset you would also easily be able to lower the car in future without worry

any more questions just ask
