Hi,

When we try and use the Blue & Me voice commands, it seems to struggle to hear us, even if we're shouting at it.

We could be imagining it, but it seems to be getting worse.

Is there some kind of setting that we may have accidentally changed, which affects the sensitivity of the microphone?

We've also noticed that when making a call through blue & me, that the person on the other end (i.e. not in car) can hardly hear the person in the car. Not sure if this has always been the case though...

Yep i've had the same problem it was fine when i first got the car but have have to really shout now and it doesn't always recognise the commands. is there a way of resetting everything?
 
Same problem here. I think people can hear me when I am on the phone to them so that seems fine, but whether I speak in a normal voice or scream at the Blue&Me lady she doesn't get what I am saying! She has particular difficulty understanding 'yes' or 'no'. Strangely though she isn't so bad when I am asking for things like 'albums' or 'genre' when the ipod is attached:confused:

I will ask her to call 'home' and she offers me 'Caroline':confused: Caroline is getting fed up with me calling her by mistake:) However the 'yes' and 'no' thing is really irritating me as she doesn't get it at all even if I am sitting in the drive in complete silence and doing everything it says in the manual. Perhaps she doesn't like the way I say 'yes' and 'no'.

Am off to dealer next week about another problem so will ask about this at same time but reassured to hear it is just not me having difficulty.
 
My dealer has replaced the blue&me unit in my car and it seems to be ok now....
Interestingly mine has followed the exact same pattern as yours. Worked fine when I got it, then worked intermittantly and could still hear me when I shouted, and now does not work at all.

Dealer has been notified and will get back to me.
