Apologies if this is done elsewhere. The key assembly on the drivers door of my 500X is falling apart. Has anyone else experienced this ? Is there a quick fix ? The car is 2 years old and relatively low mileage. Thanks

2 years old? Get it fixed under warranty by dealer regardless of mileage

It’s still under warranty so dealer should sort it. I’ve never ever used the key in the door......does anyone?

I did wonder....

Depends what is meant by "falling apart". Within a day of getting my used 500X, the chrome cover came off of the assembly that has the keyhole. This was because the handle part had some fore-aft play and was sliding back so it would foul the fixed chrome cover and pull it off when the handle was pulled. I took it back and the dealer fixed it. They had to order replacement parts, so I guess it wasn't just a case of tightening something.
