My 500L MPW is having a few clutch issues. It feels like it's slipping (confirmed by a RAC mechanic), which is more pronounced when reversing up an incline (produces a 'smell').
I also had a 'clutch fluid overheating' alert on my dash when I was caught in an uphill traffic queue.
It's a 14 plate, and has 20K on the clock. I would expect niggles like this to occur when it reaches 60K/70K, not now!
It's a semi automatic, ex-motobility (I've had it 6 months), and has had regular servicing at Fiat dealerships. Fiat told me to get a diagnostics test done at a Fiat dealership, and said they 'might' make a contribution if something is amiss.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar issues? Fiat aren't obliged to tell me if there's a known problem, only if there is safety issuue.
