Hi guys,

I seem to be having a problem with the 500C roof where the roof only opens to the 1st stop and doesnt continue going all the way down.

On my dash I have the red window error light.

Was thinking the roof initialization procedure as shared by Piccolo Nero e Bella would work but it simply doesnt do anything....



Any suggestions?

Hi;

If you mean it's stopping at the 'spoiler' position then either your boot isn't shut properly or you may have a fault in the boot lid wiring. The red light is the 'door open' warning - if both doors are closed properly it's certainly the boot. The roof will not fully retract if the boot's open, or if the system thinks it is.
