Hi - I have a 7 year old cabriolet and use the roof very often. Today I found that on putting the roof back, the lining is hanging down in the middle. When closed, looking at the top of the roof, the fabric is raised in the middle on both sides. Would anyone know the cause? Is this a 'take it to the garage' job, or something I could explore and attempt myself?

If you open the roof to about halfway you should be able to lift the fabric at the edges and see the roof bows and where the liner is attached. This might give you something to go on.
Those roof bows are a nightmare. If one is broken or come out of the edge of the roof it would do what you're describing.
