I have read the DM since I was a lad, at least 45 years ago. I am the ONLY reader of the DM who will admit it in public.
When I was young and poor and couldn't afford to buy a paper, my workmates gave me the DM to read....so I blame them.

At least when you enter the numbers from the back page onto their website you get up to a £60 in Tesco cash cards over the year.

All joking aside, seeing how tall those rails are, once the wheels had dropped over, I imagine they wouldn't have been able to get enough grip to climb back over, so was probably quite a terrifying experience.
Though at least the handling would have improved - would have cornered like it was on rails...
