I have the 2011 gucci 500 with blue & me and my iPod works fine! So does my iPhone they plug in to the blue & me usb.... I did have to do an update on the blue me software... it’s free & easy to do you just need a usb stick correctly formatted but you should be good to go!

Thanks for that. You mean the little white blue & me plugin adaptors. Does your steering wheel have controls on it?

What cable do you use to plug the ipod/phone into the adaptor? Is it a generic 3.5mm jack to usb cable, or something more specialised.

How does one update the software?

Sorry for all the newbie questions.

https://www.fiat-accessories.com/blue-and-me-update this should help ... it’s a bit of a faf so plug in your regular usb to iPod cable first and see what’s what ... an update is advisable if you ask me! Make sure your usb stick is formatted properly it gives you info on the fiat site. You plug your usb into blue an me port it will retract info and should tell you when to remove it .... then pop in to laptop move info onto laptop and upload onto blue & me page .. then it will give you new software relevant to car .... pop that onto usb stick .. back to car and upload it will tell you what it’s doing on dash and you should hear voice too .. I do have steering wheel controls all works a dream I have to say even with my iPhone! So much so I’ve not bothered installing my pioneer touch screen [emoji23]
