Recently bought fiat 500 but the key code card seems to be missing.

Decided i need a second key but can't order withOut card.

Can i order a new keycode card for my car from a dealer

You don't get a key code card with the car. The details are held by ISR and yes you can order a new key from the dealer.

Did you car not come with the original remote key and the non-remote key?

Blipper key works but normal key doesn't work

The other key probably just needs to be recoded.

Depends on whether this key has a valid, working transponder. If so, then a FIAT dealer can reprogram the car to recognise it; if not, then a replacement key will have to be ordered. Either way, I think the electronic code is needed & the dealer will get this for you - but unfortunately the process isn't cheap.
