Tuning 500 1.2 exhaust manifold

Hi all

I have done a search and couldn't find anything. I want to put a 4-2-1 manifold on to my 500, but i can't find any for the 1.2...
Does one actually exist? or is there another car with the same port layout that theres a 4-2-1 made for?
I don't mind it not lining up at the bottom for the exhaust because thats being custom built.

I know it's best practice on a performance car but this is a 1.2 we're talking about and not a fast car.
