Just ordered a black 1.2 pop that should be here next week - its for the wife to drive to her school but one thing we didn't check was whether you can turn off passenger airbag off.

She may be needing to take her baby nephew on occasion and it may be tight getting baby into the back seats so front seat may be needed.

Does anyone use the 500 with kids? How do you cope getting small kids into rear baby seats?

Hi, yes, you can turn it off through the computer menu & there is a warning on the dash if it's off.

The 500 is easy for kids in the back though. Plenty of room for the seat, and as the roof is high & the doors are large it's easy to put them into the seat. Actually it's easier than many 4 door cars as you put the kids in from the front of the seat, rather than having to lift them over the side of the seat.
