Have just had a phone call back from Fiat customer care as I rang them earlier to say how happy I was with the service I had had at my Dealer! She wanted to thank me for taking the time to ring up with praise rather than complaint and said they had called the dealership to let them know and how chuffed they were!! She also mentioned that it will help them build on raising their service at Dealers so......................if you have been happy with how issues have been dealt with etc ( there MUST be a few surely!!) then give FCC a ring....its an 00800 number so its free..... and maybe they can start to get things right more of the time Also made me feel good that I had made someone's ( well lots) day!!
