has any of you taken delivery of an interscope fitted car yet ?

mine is due the week starting 12th may

I think the reason no ones replied is that interscope a few months back was not a confirmed option and I think a lot of people on here may not have it...

SO YOU MA MAN/WOMAN may be the only person on the forum with it

How will it looks? Any pictures?

i ordered interscope and it should be here early june, but yeah i think we will be one of the first ones

mine is due may/june time. I think fiat only accepted orders for interscope at the beginning of march and i ordered mine mid march.

I cant wait to here what it sounds like, if anyone who gets an interscope car before the rest of us, please let us know how it is.

Can i sound dumb? What is interscope?

It worked!

I'm pretty sure that it is just an upgraded sound system, with an underseat sub possibly??

I now resume my seat for those who know to answer your question.

thanks for the answers, i ordered mine mid-late feb the dealer had to ring fiat direct to get interscope as it wasn't on the online config but i was adamant i wanted it they did say it was the first uk order for interscope but i didn't belive them i'm very untrusting like that !! so any way 3 weeks to go i'll post my oppinion on interscope and some pics as soon as it arrives

Our 500 is still in the carshop.

I guarentee it will not be as good as my upgraded audio, that was also cheaper.

but if i get an electrical fault on my car i'll still have a warranty whereas you have spliced into wires to fit you'r blaupunkt sub plus you'r h/unit doesn't have the extra processing of the interscope one

Does anyone know if the dealers can retro fit an interscope sound system or is it strictly a factory build item?

my dealer offered to fit it to a stock car, but i don't know if he was saying this to get me to buy or whether he knew it could actually be done

Well in my experience...and I'm not saying this about ALL dealers...but my guy seems to like telling stories...compulsively...even when he doesn't need to...but I heard from reliable sources that you cannot retrofit interscope, but you could do what Mark elvin did and fit your own...or pay him to do it! he seems to have done quite a pro job of it! Might ask littlepip or T about retrofitting interscope.

yes same here i dont think dealers can fit it afterwards so you have to do what mark elvin has done or visit a car hifi dealership and get them to fit it for you just check with fiat and you'r dealer about the warranty

I put a deposit on Luigi, my 500, last July and desperately wanted the interscope but had to delete it off the options to maintain March 1st delivery... anybody know if you can retro-fit the sub ?
