1988 Bis Relay identification

Hi all, hope you are all well, long time no speak!

I'm currently going through the process of servicing the various electrical circuits and sorting out any small issues. I need to identify a relay which isn't covered by the dealer workshop manual. Its the relay on the right of the picture (newest one). While i was fiddling about i noticed it randomly clicking and when i pulled it out of its location the engine revs increased slightly. I'm guessing there is a feedback issue of some kind or a short. It would also be handy to know what the relay on the far left is too (white connector block). Any help would be very much appreciated.
