Noticed the other day the local 99p shop selling XENON H4 bulbs for 99p, halfords sell them at £24.99 each, if they last a year then still damn sight cheaper than halford.
I bought mine off ebay for £6 for the pair obviously before i saw these.
maybe worth shopping round before you go buying them.

you can get some very good quality bulbs from sites like amazon for very cheap prices without having to result to pound shop bulbs which as said above will be a very poor quality

either they will be too bright and burn out very quickly or last forever and be dull and dark, the engineering tolerances on this type of bulb are very poor quality

on Amazon you can get osram bulbs for under £3

I have tried numerous headlight bulbs over the last seven years of Panda ownership.

Tried the ones that give 30% more light, 50% more light, Bright White ones, Super 'Carlos Fandango' ones, and also the Xenon ones. But my experience has been that these apparently superior bulbs last less than half the time that bog standard H4's.....

So, I'm now sticking to the regular headlight bulbs that you can get almost anywhere for next to nothing.
