How can I access dashboard lights on Fiat Panda Eco Active to change dead ones?

Just found this video which explains it easily! For two years I have done without this light having many times tried to find out how to access the bulbs!

Heater Control Lighting | FIAT Panda (Mk3)

I dont often drive my 09 reg Panda at night but I noticed when I had a nocturnal outing recently that the heater controls were not illuminated. Is this standard or could it be a bulb fault? Looking at the console it might be difficult to access. Has anybody else had this problem?

Yes it's really easy as per video

Just don't push the bulbs in too hard, if it pushs out it a pain to sort out
