General Which would you buy?

........a 2010 Abarth, 10K miles, 1 owner OR a brand new 500S TA with some extras, both are effectively the same price. Different cars I know but any thoughts welcome!

New one everytime if you can afford it, nothing like being the only one who has every driven it. You know exactly what has happened to it and how well it is looked after. Depreciation doesn't matter unless you intend to sell it and if your worried about losing money by a classic instead

I'd get the 500s, the Abarth is nice but I'd prefer a brand new TA

There is something special about having a brand new car.
You could always do what I did and 'customize' your 500S in the future with upgrade suspension etc.
Is there a big price difference between a new 500S with a high spec and a new 'basic' Abarth?

Thanks Guys - my thoughts too but great to get other opinions. Nothing like a new car inc warranty etc (and depreciation admittedly!). Coming from a 3.2 Merc the economy is a big attraction and my main reason for changing. Hoping to order an S in Oct for Jan delivery.

Thats it get a horse instead, with todays petrol prices this may be the cheaper option. Might ruin your garden though
