Told them and FCA that I want a new car.
That's what I'd want, too.
Good luck - and I hope you are successful in your negotiations with FCA & the dealership.
Told them and FCA that I want a new car.
Still silence from FCA.
Still silence from FCA except for letters telling us the car needs an ECU update and that it is overdue! Would have thought the dealer could do this seeing as they have the car...
Just before my 2 year service was due, I had a letter on FORD headed paper, from the Fiat dealer that I brought the car from, saying the Ford mechanics would use Ford parts on my Fiat at this service. I went to another Fiat Dealer who did the service, as they were recommended. This year, just before the 3 year service, I had a letter from that dealer on...Fiat headed paper, to use Fiat Mechanics and Fiat parts for the service. It can be done, but the first dealer was too lazy to think about it. In today's world, it must be easy to make a template for letters to suit the make of car ??
Makes sense to be fair if it was a 1.2 car. Using ford parts wouldn't really make a lot of difference as its the same?
