It is a 1,6 diesel 120 PS with safety package, winter package, business package, tinted rear windows and glass roof. The engine runs very smooth with a good torque.Looking great! Wich engine? I see is city look.
I ordered a 500X in mid July and dealer estimated delivery by end of September. We shall see. I ordered a City Look Popstar in Passione red with 1.4Multiair engine and DDCT gearbox. Extras are steering wheel paddles, alarm and Visibility pack - I'm hoping the mirrors are electrically folding as it will make just that bit easier to get the car in and out of my garage.

Called into my dealers this morning and was told car had reached status 35, meaning it's on its way! Dealer suggested about 3 weeks before I take delivery which would total about 14 weeks since ordering.
Well done Fiat for killing the 500x forum as no one can give any details on non existent cars
No winter packs till some time this month
Back orders are not being prioritised as I asked this and got a no and factory still shutting down so add another 4 weeks on top of your order
Have you noticed no one from fiat or the dealerships coming on here as they have f@@ked this up and everything is hush hush
not good tarnishing us all with same brush , some of us do care and are as frustrated as owners

As you can see some of us are still waiting and still angry.
It seems funny how a dealership suddenly only gets involved on here once the major issues are sorted out, cars are coming through and orders can be completed in the Link system.
It a shame you didn't come into these forums earlier when we needed the help and all the issues were there.
I ended up helping my dealership out with stuff because I took my complaint so far up I spoke to people in production above Fiat care.
So if your going to contribute and help us out now it would be a good thing but try not to p""s the people off that left a deposit in early May and are still waiting
I completely agree with your comments on Fiat Group customer care. Coming from a family who has owned multiple Fiat Group cars and who's spent more than £40k just since 2012 with them, the attitude of Fiat UK in Slough (the Italians seem better) has been worse than you could expect off the Police if you'd committed a crime. The crime in our case was thinking that Alfa UK would give a damn when we contacted them regarding multiple problems with my Sisters 13 plate Alfa MiTo, bought brand new.
Because of their woeful responses, my Parents Fiat has been replaced by a new car of a different make, my Sisters MiTo is now awaiting collection by the finance company after the Financial Ombudsman ruled that they should have it back and the third car, my Alfa MiTo, may possibly the last in a continuous line of 4 Fiat Group cars that I've owned since 2003.
However, where I struggle is that you're just shooting the messenger by taking it out on Sturgess. From what I can gather, Sturgess are not your dealer and Fiat Group take little (if any) notice of feedback from their dealers, or customers. So, as I see it, having a go at the one dealer who comes on here to try to help is not on.
I totally think your criticism of Fiat Group generally is correct, but whilst some dealers should be closed down, there are also some blo*dy good ones. You need to say what you said, to Fiat HQ in Slough or Italy, not to a dealer who hasn't caused you the problem in the first place.
