Hi,

I have one of the early GPs with Bluetooth (not Blue and me :() I basically have no motivation to burn CDs any longer as I could use my phone or an IPOD to listen to MP3s instead but my radio doesn't have an AUX port!

It's very annoying indeed and wonder if anyone has any special ideas that I can play MP3s without having to replace the radio?

I notice when my phone rings, my ringtone will actually play through the speakers when connected via bluetooth.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks

I've been trying to find a way for 2.5 years! It's so annoying when there's a USB port in the glovebox, but no way of playing the tunes....

Is Blue&Me a control box that connects to the stereo, or integrated into the stereo?

Could please someone tell me what is the practical use of aux port?(I've got the cd-player not mp3)

i have the mp3 player not bluetooth at all. it supports aux but i cannot find the port.does anyone know where it is?is it possible that it supports it but with no port?thanks guys!

You guys need to invest in a lead from Fiat (or off the web from a Blaupunkt distributor). This plugs into the rear of the stereo and fits your ipod.

Cheers for that. Is it any good quality wise? Also will it work for standard MP3 players as I don't actually have an IPOD just yet!

Thanks

I've not got an itrip - but a Belkin version of the same - that jsut plugs into the 3.5mm headphone jack . It works fine .

The itrip AFAIK is powered by the Ipod itself - which does tend to drain it a bit. Other versions have batteries or plug into car cigarette socket. The itrip is perhaps the neatest solution - but only fits the ipods specified

There's plenty of these FM transmitters gizmos avaiable - and they are now legal too. Advantage too is yuo can transfer/use it in any vehicle that has an FM radio - or indeed indoors too.
