Technical No heat

2007 Grande Punto 1.4 8vChanged the thermostat but still no warm air. Could this be the rheostat or is the heater matrix blocked. Return from matrix take forever to get warm / hot and same for radiator bottom hose. Filled and bleeding 5 to six time now same result.
Any help or suggestions please

Matrix full of radweld/ steel seal would be my guess

Is this something you can ruke out..

When you dumped the coolant was it clean.. BLUE OR RED/ORANGE?
