on the back of the brake pads there are 1 small pin at the bottom, all of them has this, my question, if I put the pads in place the pin slides into one of the four slots on the caliper piston, what is bothering me is that as your brake pads wear the piston uses a turning motion to adjust itself. am I right or wrong. so then with the pins in it won't be able to turn out as pads wear. please help me if i'm wrong. see pics

Good question!
but it's the other way around...
You wind the piston to push it back in. It's important therefore that the piston can't turn, otherwise it would wind itself back in instead of applying a force to the pads. So the pads you have are correct. It's the internal mechanism which turns itself as the handbrake is used.

If I understand correctly, this adjustment is only for the handbrake linkage, since the hydraulic piston operates as for the front calipers.

yeas thats correct

A lot of pads have this pin, you must make sure it sits nicely in the slot.
