What is the correct, ideal flywheel timing marks for Uno Mia? 5 deg, 10 or 15 deg?? Mine feels weak, slow at 0 deg.

I don´t know. But you can´t change ignition timing on a car with ECU

The correct timing on an 1100 Mia is 3 degrees with the vacuum advance disconnected and plugged.
