Shakes a lot when idles, in high revs runs like kitten. Also powerless, hardly can drive.

I figured maybe throttle-valve potentimeter is causing this. Anybody knows what are the resistance range of those two potentiometers?

Any other ideas are wellcome, of course.

Skodalla menee hyvin!

Check the little plunger at the left back of the throttle body. Is it depressed when idling? Check by using your finger at it. If it isn't loosen the throttle cable a bit. This solved the idle problem on my 1.1 i.e.S. Clean the injection module / throttle body at the same time.

There is a link provided by Enzo in this thread

which if you have the "vector rendering" bits added into your browser will give a huge ammount of information about the Bosch SPI system.

The only snag is it's in Italian :)

Ignoring that though, you can still extract information - particularly measurements and values.

FWIW I recall there are effectively 2 "tracks" on the potentiometer:
one is active for the first 20 or so degrees
the second one is active from a bit less than the other, upto the 90 degree mark.

AIUI they are trying to replicate a twin choke carburettor[:0]

For the ideal the throttle position sensor volt is 1.35 to 1.50..... You must have to check it in hot..... Since in cold due to auto choke it wont be normal.......

And this volt will rise in a gradual manner till up to 3.80 volts.....
