Hey guys ! My name is Pete and im new to the forum. I drive the car from the title and I wanted to do something a bit different with it. I have it mapped with delete egr, 135hp right now, but I've been driving it like that for about 20k miles and I want to hit the next stage. I would like to push it to about 220-230bhp, knowing these engines hold about 300,my goal will be in the safe zone. The car is Doblo 223. I use it for work and as a family vehicle, don't have any time to drive another car, so I want to make this one for work and fun as well, also it's not every day we are a 220hp Doblo on the street . Can you please give me some pointers and a recepie for this goal? Right now I am concerned with the engine, after that is clear I will look up for breaks and suspension. Right now I know that I need:
Clutch form 2.4jtd, turbine from 2.4 175hpjtd, a bigger intercooler and the fuel pressure pump (don't know the name of it, English is not my native language. I am talking about the pump that is spun by the belt) and then a remap. What are your thoughts on this, any suggestions and will this be enough for the hp I'm aiming for? Will my stock injectors be enough or do I need to take new ones from a 16v 1.9 jtd ?
