As far as I'm aware it should work.

If there are any extra's on the dash which were not avaiable on your original dash then they wont work unless you modifiy a cable to allow for it, e.g Tachometer might have to be connected to something if there wasn't a cable for it.

You might get bored of the Digi dash and I hear they have a tendancy to fail at the most inappropriate times... like when you're doing 90 on the motorway they just go blank

As far as I know to fit the digital dash you will also need to change the fuse/relay board and change or modify part of the wiring loom.
And yes they do go blank for no reason they also freeze from time to time
