Whats the best one to run on XP? preferably in a window and as close to the 128k +2 as possible?

I have one but only works on my '95 machine and it starts it in DOS and runs the PC as though is a spectrum. (which i know is the point but it is pain restarting the machine when you want to go back o windows, besides, doesnt work on xp)
