General Yet another noise from behind the dash

Hi all I'm having an issue and I can't find this annoying twang.
The twang happens when I do a little rev upto 2000rpm and let off again.the twang sounds the same if I go upto 2k rpm and when I let off.so I'm guessing it's a metal vibration twang but i carnt think where to look.iv opened glovebox and it appears to get a little louder.you can't hear the noise outside with the bonnet up.the twang sounds a bit like an exhaust clamp that's not quite tight enough.
Any ideas would be a big help

there are cables dangling inside the water conduit under the windscreen wipers. you can look at it from outside.

Thank you for the reply I found the source of the noise and u are not that far away.it's the clips on the scuttle panel rattlin against the metal work.
