Is it possible to get a replacement barrel for the boot which will unlock with my current key (that works for all the doors, ignition and petrol cap?)

Thanks,

Kev

Nope, you could get a replacement barrel easily but you would have to have a seperate key just for the boot, unless you got the same barrell for boot and ignition

or do it yourself. if you remove the barrel and insert your key you will notice not all the tumblers are fully pulled into the barrel. get a small grinder (dremel is perfect) and grind the tumblers down so they are all flush with the barrel. then your key will open the lock. when the key is removed you will see the tumblers still all pop back out more than enough to prevent the lock from turning, so the lock is just as safe as normal. all you've done is modify them to accept your key, and all keys are similar enough to make this safe. if you dont have a suitable grinder you can use a file but it takes a good while longer. or post a key and barrel to me and i'll do it for free (plus return postage obviously :) )

Liking that last idea Jug!

Might give that a go, would be useful to have the same key do all the locks,

Thanks everyone for your replys.
