horn ok direct on 12v , fuse ok, relay ok, spring in steering wheel ok, contact in steering wheel ok. Only thing left is te ground connection of the steering wheel switch, but I can't locate it, any ideas where to find it ?

Hi

The horn push grounds via the central dashboard ground C022. It is shown positioned under the radio (P020) in the centre of the dashboard. You may have to remove the Radio or the Dashboard document holder to access it.

Other components probably share C022. If these still work OK, the fault is more likely to be in the wire to the horn push.

I've got the same issue so I'm hoping you get there before me. I've run a fresh earth to the -he on the relay and horn works. Run a -he to wires from horn spring ring and no horn so issue must be somewhere behind dash but I'm damned if i can find it. Good luck and ill keep watching. Thinking of running cables through dash so separate button at moment, things are that desperate.
