General X230 window blinds??

HI all,
Searching for advice on window blinds for the cab on a 2002 Hymer Swing. I think it's an X230. VIN is ZFA230.......
Is there any difference between the models for fitting blinds?
Help appreciated

Welcome to the forum.

Yes it is an x230, and yes again as there is a difference when you get to the x250 (post 2006). However you could widen your search to include the x244 model, which was manufactured until mid 2006.

The x244 is frequentl described as a facelifted version of the x230. It had revised front grille and plastic side bump panels on the same basic body.

(Other changes on the x244 included a new gearbox, and dashboard/instrument panel. The electrical wiring is significantly different.)

They will be similar, but may not be the same. Unfortunately, the demand for accessories fitting pre 2006 vehicles will be small. Perhaps if you could make paper templates of a cab door and screen from your Ducato, and then find someone with an x250 Ducato, who was willing to allow you to compare the shape. An alternative route may be to check part numbers of applicable parts. You may be able to find your part numbers by using ePER, (electronic Parts Equipment Register), which is in the black page header ribbon.

In a similar vein I would like to fit a combined reversing camera and high level brake light to my x244, but I can only find offers for post x250 and later models.
